Absolutely stunning! Angel food cake is legendary in my husband's family and rightly so, our beloved matriarch had a beautiful wild strawberry bush in her backyard.

By the way, I do believe your mini bundt pans could be kugelhopf pans, which is just a very Austrian way of saying mini bundt pan (promise you won't tell any Austrians of my over simplification!). By the way, I bought a lavender plant at the farmer's market and plan on using it in my kitchen. Is there a difference between it and culinary lavender?
